Attorney Richard Cohn-Lee of Oregon City, OR; ethical goblin

The State of Oregon presented Richard G. Cohn-Lee with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark College School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Failed to timely complete a judgment and submit it to the court
  • Failed to draft a judgment by the deadline set by the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Dick and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.hungerfordlaw.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Dick practices with The Hungerford Law Firm LLP at 653 South Center Street in Oregon City, Oregon.
