Attorney Amber Wolf of Portland, OR; rubber check aficionado

The State of Oregon presented Amber N. Wolf with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Amber guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Lied in affidavit for reinstatement of her license that she had not engaged in the practice of law while her license was suspended
• Misconduct involved selfish motive
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Amber by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
