Attorney Glen Ackerman of DC; thieving loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Glen H. Ackerman with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law. Glen also received a law license from Ohio in 2000 and Pennsylvania in 2002.

The DC Bar Counsel found Bernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Intentionally or recklessly misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Failed to maintain disputed funds in trust account until dispute resolved
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Glen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Glen practices with Ackerman Legal PLLC at 1010 Wisconsin Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
