Attorney Ciatta Baysah of Newark, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Ciatta Zinna Baysah with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Ciatta also received a law license from New York in 2007 and the District of Columbia in 2009.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ciatta guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary for the client to make informed decisions about the representation
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ciatta by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Ciatta practices at 590 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
