Attorney Jason Breneman of Ashland, VA; idiotic loser

The State of Virginia provided Jason Michael Breneman with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Jason fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.cotulaw.com. Apparently, Jason decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Jason practices with COTU Law Office PLLC in Ashland, Virginia.
