The state of Arizona presented Heather Sapp with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.
The Arizona State Bar found Heather guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
-
Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
-
Failed to communicate with client
-
Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
-
Was attorney of record in numerous impermissibly signed trademark documents filed with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office)
-
Failed to take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure compliance with the signature requirements in that she allowed non-practitioner assistants to sign trademark filings rather than having the clients sign the filings
-
Did not adequately monitor or supervise non-practitioner assistants to ensure compliance with USPTO’s trademark signature rules and guidance
-
Failed to take steps to notify clients or the USPTO promptly about the material misrepresentations set forth in the impermissibly signed trademark filings
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Heather by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. April 2020), Heather practices with the Law Office of Justin Fernstrom PLLC in Phoenix, Arizona.
