Attorney John White of Salt Lake City; convicted pervert

The State of Utah provided John A. White with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor
• Sexual exploitation conviction based on Johnny’s admission to having knowingly possessed child pornography in Davis County, Utah
• Sentence to 195 days suspended sentence and placed on probation for 48-months
• Committed criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Johnny practices in Salt Lake City, Utah.
