Attorney Gary Fielder of Denver; cheating loser

The State of Colorado provided Gary D. Fielder with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to return unearned fees/costs of $15,000 upon termination of the representation (cheater)
• Failed to inform client in writing about his fees and expenses within a reasonable time after being retained
• Failed to promptly deliver to client/third pay funds that person was entitled to receive
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement after receiving flat fee of $30,000 to represent a client in two pending matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.

As one would suspect, Gary fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.garyfielderlaw.com. Apparently, Davey decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Gary practices with The Law Office of Gary D. Fielder at 2323 West 72^nd Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
