Attorney Anthony Sokolow of Parker, CO; slacker, loser

The State of Colorado provided Anthony L. Sokolow with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to respond to repeated client information requests
• Failed to take steps to expedite client’s social security disability claim

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective September 10, 1999.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Tony will resume his practice with Anthony L. Sokolow PC at 6705 North Yucca Trail in Parker, Colorado in June 2020.
