Attorney Edward Streker of Denver; moronic slacker

The State of Colorado provided Edward Joseph Streker with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared legal fees with nonlawyer
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Improperly formed partnership with a nonlawyer
• Failed to explain a matter in order to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Fell behind in client bankruptcy representations
• Failed to file required bankruptcy documents on clients’ behalf
• Failed to request follow up documents from clients in bankruptcy maters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Eddie practices with Streker Law LLC at 5552 Kirk Street in Denver, Colorado.
