The state of New Jersey provided Rosemarie Ruggiero Williams with a law license in

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Rosie guilty of the following misconduct.

Rosie’s 1^st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

• Involved in a public quarrel with her ex-boyfriend, Alfred “Wes” Bridges, a Mercer Cunty sheriff’s officer
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Gave false and misleading information to the Trenton police and when she identified herself as a representative of the Hopewell Police Department
• Failed to respect and comply with the law
• Conduct brought disrepute on herself and the judiciary
• Rosie accosted Alfred Wesley Bridges and his date Tammy DeVitis at the Revere Restaurant and in the parking lot in a confrontational and angry manner
• Failed to conform her behavior to the social norms expected of ordinary citizens in our society and certainly not to the heightened standard we expect of judges
• Misled the police, she subordinated her responsibility to act in conformance with the law to her own personal concerns and needs
• Demonstrated a lack of respect for the law that as a judge she has sworn to uphold
• When she called the Mill Hill and misrepresented her status, she came dangerously close to impersonating a police officer

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Rosie by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.

Rosie’s 2^nd bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• License suspended for seven months
• Ordered to pay $631 in fines and to spend 12 hours at an Intoxicated Driver Resource Center -- an alcohol and highway safety education program
• Rosie was seen driving her silver BMW on New Centre Road in Hillsborough, weaving across lanes

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Rosie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Rosie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.rrwlegal.com. Apparently, Rosie decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Rose practices with as a so-called mediator and arbitrator with Rosemarie Ruggiero Williams (J.S.C. Ret.), Dispute Resolution and Legal Consulting at 371 Hoes Lane in Piscataway, New Jersey.
