Attorney Rick Poster of Phoenix, AZ; repeat offender

The State of Arizona provided with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Arizona State Bar found Ricky guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to adequately communicate with client
  • Failed to diligently represent his client
  • Failed to provide a formal response to opposing parties’ requests for admissions regarding the property at issue
  • Failed to file a response to a motion for summary judgment.
  • Disclosed client confidential information that endangered the former client
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ricky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

It should be noted that this isn’t Ricky’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct. That misconduct can be found under the Attorney Misfit Arizona section.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Ricky practices with The Poster Law Firm LLLC at 11024 North 28th Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.
