The state of Tennessee provided Clay Morton McCormack with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

 

FYI: The University of Memphis Law School is ranked as the 155th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Clay guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron) 
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Clay by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Clay practices at 105 North Center Street in Collierville, Tennessee.
