Attorney James Johnson of Nashville, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided James Broderick Johnson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with candor when dealing with trial court
• Made misrepresentation [lied] to court during a hearing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Jimmy practices at 1506 Church Street in Nashville, Tennessee.
