Attorney Walter Rose of Milton, TN; convicted druggie

The state of Tennessee provided Walter Alan Rose (WAR) with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Walt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to serious federal crime of an addict in possession of a firearm
• Provided legal services in exchange for narcotics
• Engaged in misconduct reflecting adversely on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Walt practices at 6971 Halls Hill Pike in Milton, Tennessee.
