Attorney Summer Rhoden of Memphis, TN; convicted criminal

The state of Tennessee provided Summer Michelle Rhoden with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Summer guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, after her son was charged with murder, Summer failed to contact law enforcement or facilitate his surrender until the following morning. Summer was charged as an accessory after the fact as a result of said delay.

Subsequently, Summer pled guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor criminal attempt.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Summer by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Summer practices at 2884 Walnut Grove Road in Memphis, Tennessee.
