The state of Louisiana presented Larry English with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Refused to acknowledge the wrongful nature of his misconduct
• Exhibited indifference to making restitution to client [victim]
• Failed to place disputed $1,000 fee in a trust account
• Failed to suggest that fee dispute be submitted to fee arbitration or mediation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
