Attorney W. Mark Hixson of Yukon, OK; pervert

The state of Oklahoma provided W. Mark Hixon with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly sought sex from a vulnerable client
• At various times offered to pay client for sex
• Began making sexual advances to client after getting a drug paraphernalia case against her dismissed
• At the time he was hitting on his client, she was 25, unemployed and a single mother of a newborn daughter
• Offered to take client on shopping spree at Victoria’s Secret
• Made crude suggestions and asked client for photos of herself
• After client gave him some nude phots, Mark liked what he saw but told her he “would like to get the real thing”
• Asked his client how much it would cost for “just straight sex” and what else she was willing to do and the cost
• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] to two counts of soliciting prostitution

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2020) Mark practices at 800 West Main Street in Yukon, Oklahoma.
