Attorney Mandee Pingel of Kansas City, MO; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Brooke Roelofsen Biggs with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mandee guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly with opposing party and counsel
• Failed to respect the rights of third parties

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Brooke by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month term of probation.  

As one would suspect, Mandee fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.kcfamilylaw.net.  Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Mandee practices with Davis Pingel at 1801 NW Platte Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
