The state of Massachusetts presented Philip R. Boncore with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.
The Board of Bar Overseers found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to maintain complete records of the receipt, maintenance, and disposition of trust account funds

Failed to prepare and maintain a check register that showed the current balance in the IOLTA account after each deposit or withdrawal

Failed to prepare and maintain a chronological ledger for each client or third person matter for which he received trust funds

Failed to document each receipt and disbursement of the funds of the client or third person

Failed to prepare and maintain reconciliation reports at least every sixty days showing the required reconciliation of the check register, individual ledgers,

and bank statements for his IOLTA trust account

Failed to promptly disburse funds from real estate closings

Failed to promptly deliver to a third person funds that the third person was entitled to receive
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
