Judge Lee Irvin of Shreveport, LA; ethical ogre

The state of Montana presented Lee Irvin with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

It should be noted that Michelle has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past seventeen (17) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Cherokee County area.

  • Engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 23-year-old female defendant appearing before him in criminal court (Lee 64 years old)
  • In November 2019, Lee was caught in bed with another woman by an ex-girlfriend, who then shot and seriously wounded herself
  • Law enforcement investigating whether Lee’s girlfriend received preferential treatment in City Court and if the court docket was manipulated to get her case before Lee

As a direct consequence of Lee’s conduct as set forth above, Louisiana Supreme Court Justice James Boddie signed an order disqualifying Lee from exercising any judicial function during the pendency of his conduct.

Lee’s suspension from the bench is “with pay,” meaning that while he is on taxpayer paid vacation, he’ll be earning $170,698.00 a year, which amounts to a monthly income of $14,224.00 and daily earnings of $3,283.00.

Who was the fool that said being a highly unethical jurist doesn’t pay well??

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Lee continues to sit on his derriere in Shreveport while the taxpayers are forced to pay him an undeserved salary.
