Attorney Rachel Williams of Conroe, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Rachel June Williams with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

FYI: South Texas is ranked as the 165th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 3 Grievance Committee found Rachel guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected the legal matter entrusted to her
  • Failed to keep her client reasonably informed about the status of her matter
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Rachel!)
  • Failed to refund advance payments of fees that had not been earned (thief)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Rachel practices with Law Office of Rachel J. Williams, Attorney at Law, PLLC 308 North Main Street in Conroe, Texas.
