Attorney Andrew List of Carson City, NV; ethical troll

The state of Nevada presented Andrew A. List with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Pursed claims that were not meritorious
  • Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to respond to motion practice on behalf of four clients
  • Failed to respond to client information requests
  • Filed a petition to terminate parental rights without a good faith belief in the merits of the petition
  • Failed to appear at two court scheduled hearings
  • Failed to respond to two court orders (Screw you, said Andy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Andy practices at 111 Rice Street in Carson City, Nevada.
