Failed to pay 2016 payroll taxes after he withheld the taxes from employees’ paychecks

Mishandled a custody dispute in which he represented his former employee

Failed to communicate with opposing counsel

Alabama Court of Criminal appeals issued an order removing Johnny as appellate counsel in an appeal from the Baldwin county Juvenile court
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
