Attorney Sal Varsalona of Clinton, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee provided Sal William Varsalona with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Sal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be candid when dealing with trial court
• Failed to act fairly with opposing counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Sal by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we (ca. February 2020) Sal practices at 711 South Charles G. Seivers Blvd in Clinton, Tennessee.
