Attorney William Walker of New Brunswick, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented William T. Walker with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Prepared a Power of Attorney and a Last Will and Testament for a client without obtaining instructions from her
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest in preparing a Power of Attorney and Last Will and Testament for a client based on instructions obtained from the client’s friend
  • Failed to provide competent legal services to his client (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $4,000 fine.

As one would suspect, Billy’s firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his firms’ website at www.petersonandwalker.com.  Apparently, Billy’s firm chose to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Billy practices with Peterson & Walker at 450 Union Street in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
