Attorney Steven Hanna of Petersburg, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Steven Paul Hanna with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take any action on client’s expungement matter until the client filed an ethics complaint
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client's retainer by depositing it in an escrow account
• Failed to properly terminate client representation
• Took over three years to complete client matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Stevie practices at 416 North Sycamore Street in Petersburg, Virginia.
