U.S. Judge John Kane of Denver; Dirty Old Man

The state Colorado presented John Kane with a law license in 1960 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

FYI: former President Jimmy Carter was duped into appointing Johnny as a U.S. District Court Judge in 1977. Johnny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Denver area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

It should be noted that Johnny assumed senior status on April 8, 1988. This means that Johnny is only required to work ten (1) hours a week while continuing to receive a fully salary, which as of February 2012 is $210,900.00. What is particularly galling is the fact that Johnny is eighty-three (83) years old (DBA: 1937) as we speak.

By the way, wouldn’t you like to be paid your full salary for working a mere 10 hours a week? Sorry boys and girls, you can’t but you can take pleasure in paying for this obscene largess.

In one mattera motion was filed in 2019 accusing Johnny of conducting a “Panty-Check" of a woman in a wheelchair. A concerned witness was walking with Judge Kane down a sidewalk in Denver. A woman in a wheelchair was coming the other way. As the woman passed, Judge Kane surreptitiously dropped to do pushups. In response to the witness' bewilderment, Judge Kane stated that he had to see if the woman was wearing panties: that he was conducting a "panty-check.”

As evidence that Johnny is a Dirty Old Man is the fact in a speech to a group of probation and corrections officials, Judge John Kane said he would like to try a ‘‘garden-variety rape case” because “ it keeps you awake in the afternoon and provides a little vicarious pleasure.”

In 2016 Judge Kane said, he would have given a sex offender a lesser sentence if permitted by law.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Johnny continues to sit as a Federal District Court judge in Denver, Colorado.
