Judge Kevin Higgins of Sparks, NV; lifetime porker, congenital liar 
The state of Nevada presented Kevin Higgins with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.
Unfortunately, Kevin Higgins was appointed as a Justice of the Peace for the Sparks Justice Court in 2003. Previously, Kevin worked 16 years in the Nevada Attorney General’s Office.
In his reelection campaign for Justice of the Peace, Kevin found it necessary to lie to the voters. Towards that end, Kevin distributed a brochure to the public that stated:
“The Washoe County Bar Assn overwhelmingly endorsed Judge Higgins by awarding him 80% retention rating, the second highest rating of all Washoe County Justices of the Peace.”
The Washoe County Bar Assn does not endorse judicial candidates, meaning Kevin’s ad was a total fabrication.
What kind of falsehood will Kevin put forth during the next election? Will he tell the voters that he received an 80% retention rating from the hookers working at the brothels in the Sparks area?
As a consequence of his misconduct in fabricating a falsehood aimed at duping the voters in Washoe County, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline punished Kevin by not punishing him in any manner.
The Attorney Misfit apologists merely ordered that he author a letter of apology to the Washoe County Bar Assn. What a joke!
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Kevin remains sitting on the Justice Court in Sparks.
