Attorney Chao Tsai of Taipei, Taiwan; deadbeat loser

The State of New York provided Chao An Tsai with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The Department Disciplinary Board found Chao guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay mandatory $375 annual registration fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Chao!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Chao by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Chao practices with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Legal at 333 Keelung Road in Taipei, Taiwan.
