Attorney Joshua Williams Minneapolis; bully

The state of Minnesota presented Joshua Reace Williams with a law license in 20018 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Josh guilty of the following misconduct.

• Intentionally made physical contact with opposing counsel during a deposition which ended thedeposition and delayed the litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Use means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person, or used methods of obtaining evidence that violated the legal rights of such a person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Josh by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Josh fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.jwilliamslaw.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Josh practices with the Law Office of Joshua R. Williams PLLC at 2836 Lyndale Avenue South in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
