Attorney Pamela Larson of Lanesboro, MN; ethical goblin

The state of Minnesota presented Pamela Ann Larson with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Pam guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in prosecutorial misconduct by arguing during a closing argument that the jury should convict the defendant of abusing her son because of prior allegations of abuse against the defendant after the district court had ruled that this evidence was inadmissible to prove the defendant’s guilt

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $900.00 in costs.
