Attorney Michael Weimorts of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented Michael Lee Weimorts with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the Samford University School of Law.  

The State Bar of Florida found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Mikey fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.michaelweimorts.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
