Attorney John Burton of Phoenix; cheating loser

The state of Arizona presented John Burton with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from California Western University School of Law.

FYI: California Western School of Law is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Arizona State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit advance fee into his trust account
• Billed an unreasonable fee of $750 (2.6 hours) to review 33 pages provided by the client, which included 9 photographs and several pages with little to no relevant information (cheater)
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Johnny failed to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.burtonlawpllc.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
