Attorney Gregory Abel of Medford, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon provided Gregory Mark Abel with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Represented husband in criminal case while representing the wife in a dependency matter
• Failed to obtain written consent from husband/wife to engage in conflict of interest representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Greg fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.medfordlegal.com. Apparently, Greg chose to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Greg practices with Grantland Blodgett Shaw Abel at 1818 East McAndrews Road in Medford, Oregon.
