Attorney Kevin McNeely of Washington, DC; ethical troll

The state of New York presented Kevin J. McNeely with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file patent filing fee after collecting funds to pay same from his clients
  • Clients unable to contact Kevin after he collected funds from them to pursue patent matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin.

As one would suspect, Kevin fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.browdyneimark.com. Apparently, Kevin and his partners chose to conceal this information from prospective clients to assure they would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Mike practices with Browdy and Neimark PLLC at 1625 K Street NW in Washington, DC.
