U.S. Magistrate Judge Stanley Boone of Bakersfield, CA; moronic loser, lifetime porker
The state of California presented Stanley Albert Boone with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
FYI: Stanley has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-one (31) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Bakersfield area was about to offer Stanley a good paying job.
In one matter, Judge Boone presided over a case involving a lawsuit against the City of Bakersfield regarding the fatal shooting by a police officer during a confrontation with the deceased and the mother’s claims against the officer and the city.
During the proceedings, Judge Boone granted a motion to dismiss the civil rights action filed by Leslie Crawford, mother of the deceased wherein she claimed the officer should have realized from her sons behavior that he was mentally ill and spoken to him slowly and called for backup. The officer Stringer testified that he thought Mr. Crawford was on drugs.
Subsequently, Mrs. Crawford filed an appeal with the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which reversed Boone’s moronic dismissal of the case and in doing so said in part.
Of course, Judge Boone doesn’t much give a damn about following the law and/or being reversed. He knows that no federal judge has ever been tossed off the bench for being a Certified Dumbo. Moreover, he isn’t concerned that the taxpayers will have to pay for his idiotic conduct since Fernando must now be retried before a jury.
As we speak (ca. February 2020), Judge Boone continues to sit as a U.S. Magistrate Court judge in Bakersfield, California.
