Judge Morris Jacobson of Oakland, CA; potty mouth loser

The state of California presented Morris Jacobson with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was duped into appointing Morris as an Alameda County Superior Court judge in 2005. Morris didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Oakland area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

FYI: Morris has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-two (32) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Oakland/San Francisco area was about to offer Morris a good paying job.

It should be mentioned that this isn’t Morris’ First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct. An article about said misconduct can be found by visiting the URL at the end of this article.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance found Morris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used crude language in conversation with court administrator
• Recounted sex charges against Texas judge while speaking to court administrator
• Slapped hand of female attorney hard enough to leave impression on her hand

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Morris continues to sit as an Alameda County Superior Court judge in Oakland, California.
