Former Judge Michael McSpadden of Houston; bigoted loser

The State of Texas presented Michael T. McSpadden with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge McSpadden guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mikey!)
• Failed to act in an impartial and unbiased manner
• Engaged in willful or persistent conduct that was clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of his duties or casted public discredit upon the judiciary of administration of justice
• Alluded to Black Lives Matter as a “ragtag” group built on the Ferguson, Missouri lie of “Hands up. Don’t Shoot” in stating that young black men have contempt for the judicial system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law in the Houston, Texas area.
