Judge Amy Chelini of Las Vegas, NV; Potty mouth bully

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct charged Judge Chelini with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Interfered in Human Resources matters pertaining to assignment of and discipline of court clerks
• Created a hostile work environment for Las Vegas Justice Court Administration and staff
• Abused the prestige of her judicial office
• Threatened, bullied and intimidated court personnel
• Routinely addressed Court administrators and supervisors as “Motherfuckers” and “Fucking Bitches”

The cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission voted to suspend the investigation of Amy until further facts were addressed.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Amy continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace, Las Vegas Justice Court, Clark County, Nevada.
