Judge Kathleen Lynch of Kansas City, KS; ethical goblin

The State of Kansas provided Kathleen M. Lynch with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Washburn University School of Law.

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he sitting as a Dodge City Municipal Court Judge.

  • Failed to comply with the law
  • Failed to afford everyone who had a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s attorney, the right to be heard according to law (due process)
  • Denied litigant opportunity to present evidence on his behalf within 21 days of the filing of protective order from stalking or sexual abuse act as required by Kanas Law

Apparently, Kathy is under the impression that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the am in and around Topeka.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Kathy by issuing a cease and desist order. Hear tell that this type of order can be right painful!

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Kathy practices his brand of law as a Kansas Government Worker in Topeka, Kansas.
