Judge Brendon Boone of Gove, KS; ethical gremlin

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Brendon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to uphold integrity of the judiciary
• Abused prestige of his judicial office
• Failed to avoid impropriety and/or appearance of impropriety
• Improperly used official judicial letterhead to pursue personal interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Brendon by issuing a cease and desist order. Hear tell that this type of order can be right painful!

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Brendon continues to sit as a District Magistrate Judge in Gove, Kansas.
