Former Judge Michael Giardine of Cimarron, KS; druggie, loser

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he sitting as a Dodge City Municipal Court Judge.

• Stopped and arrested in Lansing, Michigan after marijuana found in his jacket pocket
• After failing to appear in court, a bench warrant was issued by the Ingham County district court
• Plead guilty in Michigan to one count of disorderly conduct
• While attending a judicial candidate forum, falsely stated he was not the subject of a stop and arrest for possession of marijuana
• Knowingly, or with reckless disregard for the truth, mad a false or misleading statement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Mikey by issuing a cease and desist order. Hear tell that this type of order can be right painful!
