Attorney Michael Szymanski Jr. of Westborough, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Michael S. Szymanski Jr. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used his position as a state trooper to obtain and disseminate CORI/CJIS information in connection with domestic relations cases
• he was handling in his private legal practice
• Improperly requested, obtained and disseminated CORI/CJIS information obtained through his position as a Massachusetts State Trooper for use in his private legal practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Mikey practices at 1700 West Park Drive in Westborough, Massachusetts.
