Attorney Anthony Scola of Holden, MA; check bouncer

The state of Massachusetts presented Anthony Joseph Scola with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to record transaction involving IOLTA trust account
• Failed to perform three-way reconciliation of office trust account
• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Tony practices at 44 Reservoir Street in Holden, Massachusetts.
