Judge William Kephart of Las Vegas, NV; incompetent loser

The state of Nevada provided Joe Hardy Jr. with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Cleveland Marshall University School of Law.

FYI: Billy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-four (34) years. Apparently, so self-respecting law firm in the greater Las Vegas area was about to offer him a good paying job.

The Review-Journal queried members of the Las Vegas Bar Association in conducting a Judicial Evaluation of Clark County District Court Judges. The survey was taken to consider whether the judges should or should not be retained.

The survey questioned several categories including, legal ability; integrity and impartiality; communication skills; professionalism and temperament; and administrative capacity.

After calculating the score for Billy as determined by attorneys who are unlucky enough to have to appear in his so-called court, he flunked. Put simply, the attorneys in the survey suggested that Joey be removed from office.

Unfortunately, for the good citizens and attorneys in the greater Las Vegas area, their chance to rid themselves of Billy the Loser will not come about if he seeks to be reelected in November 2022.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Billy the Loser continues to sit as a Clark County District Court judge in Law Vegas, Nevada.
