• Falsely told the Kentucky Judge that she had spoken with a Kentucky Court of Appeals Judge about the applicable law in Kentucky
• Lied to Kentucky judge that she had spoken with a “female justice, her law clerk” of the Kentucky Court of Appeals on a pending matter
• Falsely claimed to Kentucky court that a hearing had been docketed with the court clerk in Tennessee

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tiffany by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
