Attorney Paul Tierney Jr. of Quincy, MA; ethical troll

The state of Massachusetts presented Paul R. Tierney Jr. with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Suffolk university School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Deceptively held himself out as a CPA to clients and others in his law firm name, advertisements, stationery,
• website, and business cards even though his CPA license had expired
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
• Made false or misleading communication about himself or his services
• As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Paulie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.tierney-law.com. Apparently, Paulie chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Paulie practices with The Law Office of Paul R. Tierney at 234 Copeland Street in Quincy, Massachusetts.
