Attorney Jesse McCombs of Bella Vista, AR; ethical gnome

The state of Arkansas provided Jesse L. McCombs with aw license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jesse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to report attorney to Supreme Court who was practicing while license suspended
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to a tribunal
• Substantial question as to Jesse’s honesty, trustworthiness and fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jesse by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Jesse practices at 418 Town Center East in Bella Vista, Arkansas.
