Attorney John Albert Lewright of Cassville, AR; slacker, loser

The state of Texas presented John Albert Lewright a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law
• Failed to comply court of appeal order

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and fined $1,000.00.
